Trek training

The Yak Pack have been training for the demands of high altitude trekking this summer.

The Malan family set off for Spain to walk a section of the Carmino in Spain.

This included making the smallest child

carry the heaviest load

and educating them

in how to dodge bulls!

The Lindsey-Clark family set off for Wales to practice walking all day, camping the night, getting up, walking all day....for a week or more.

Whilst in Spiti the Yak Pack will have to be in peak condition to cope with trekking all day AND putting on a show each evening, so this summer has been a great start to our training.
