I've had a lovely morning experimenting with chai recipes ready for our supporters meet up on Wednesday.
I've been measuring carefully trying to make a repeatable formula, which has made me realise just how much of my cooking is a 'pinch of this and a dash of that'.
I love cardamom, so that always features, plus nutmeg and cinnamon too of course. There's a warming kick too, from lots of fresh ginger and black pepper.
And now its done - all ready for testing....
